Succulent Pork Ribs:

Ingredients:

1 kg pork ribs

250ml barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and cider vinegar to make the marinade. Place the seasoned pork ribs in a roasting tray and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover the tray with foil and roast the ribs in the preheated oven for 2-2.5 hours, or until the meat is tender and cooked through. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Transfer the cooked ribs to the grill and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes on each side, basting with the remaining marinade, until they are caramelized and slightly charred.
