Ingredients:
500g chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to make the marinade. Add the chicken chunks to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Thread the marinated chicken chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers. Grill the chicken skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and golden brown. Serve the chicken skewers hot with your favourite dipping sauce or alongside grilled vegetables.
